10. Too Confident. Self-confidence is necessary and an important part in the interview process. But not too confident too good because it will create the impression that you are pompous and arrogant. This usually happens to someone who is rich work experience. Remember that companies want a candidate who must have a low profile and have the potential and quality to streamline their business. Instead of candidates who have demonstrated job performance but it was arrogant.
